PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Support Center Hungary has more than 150 employees and supports customers mainly from Europe.
The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support team works to provide the best and fastest resolution to customer needs by troubleshooting system errors and interpreting complex purchasing processes.The ideal candidate has a technical focus and passion for learning, enjoys helping others, and thrives on the challenge of troubleshooting in a team environment.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Get familiar with
- Support processes
- Basic root cause analysis techniques
Support different Teams with
- fulfilling dispatching tasks (Q-Management), maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Pre-screening of messages
- Preparing messages for analysis: translation, contact customer for system access, check test examples
Problem resolution
- Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, solved customer messages and other available documentations
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding the status of open issues
- Maintain clear written documentations for all customer interactions
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Seeking students / graduates in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent with
- excellent analytical skills
- open and professional communication style
WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience with IT or ERP systems would be an advantage
